Crafting Club for Women – we are a sewing and craft group, any and all crafters are welcome whatever your level.
Come along, grab a tea/coffee, make new friend’s and learn new crafts.
Did you know that bows are set to be the biggest trend of 2024? Now is your opportunity to learn how to make them, to wear yourself, give as a gift or to sell.
Can you believe it’s 27th March already? How time flies. Can you remember your New Year’s resolutions. What were they? Have you kept any of them?
Some of mine were to be more creative, learn new things and meet new people. If your new year’s resolutions were like this then it’s not too late to do something about them. Come along and join our monthly Craft Events where you can do just that. The craft events offer you the opportunity to make new friends whilst learning all sorts of new crafts. The craft events last for 2 hours, however; feel free to stay the full 2 hours, or leave whenever you want. We will chat and craft over a cup of tea or coffee and learn something new each month. Bows are set to be the biggest trend of 2024. You can find bows everywhere from Haute Couture to High Street fashion and you can find them decorating items of clothing from skirts, to dresses and tops, as well as on accessories from bags, all the way up to heads, in the form of hair accessories and right back down to the feet as bows adorn footwear.
So, how would you like to use bows? First of all, why not come along and join us to learn how to make a bow. Bows are easy and quick to make and you once you know how to make them, you will see how you can easily change it is size and shape and use different fabrics to be able to make lots and lots of bows that are all different, for a variety of different uses. No sewing experience necessary, it’s all sewing by hand and I will give you individual guidance.
